In this role, you will: Lead or be part of a global audit engagement team - virtually - working with EY teams in Europe and US sub-regions • Work with world-class audit tools and proprietary EY technology platforms applying the globally accepted audit methodology Get an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry and be trained by experts in the field • Work full time from the comfort of your home based in Sri Lanka • Gain opportunities for short-term/long-term secondments or permanent relocation to offshore EY offices, if you’re a high performer Key Roles and Responsibilities: Performing complex and specific audit procedures, while developing effective, client-focused audit strategies • Plan, conduct and manage audit and assurance engagements in accordance with relevant international accounting and auditing standards Proactively building relationships that support our ability to provide tailored services that meet a wide range of assurance needs and contribute to new business development • Prioritize and handle multiple assignments in challenging environments Skills and Attributes for Success: Strong leadership and communication skills • Experience in audit and assurance services, having used audit software applications A passion for delivering exceptional client service What Working at EY Offers: Growth and learning opportunities • Flexible working arrangements Global exposure • Purpose-led work What’s in it for you?
