ABOUT THE ROLE TheTransformationProject Managerisa contracted positionresponsible for planning, coordinating, anddriving executionof medium to large enterprise programs and projectsalignedwithClarvida’sorganizational priorities.This role worksacross business, operational, clinical, and technology teamsto defineobjectives, manage timelines, track deliverables,identifyrisks, and supportadoption of new processes or systems.TheTransformationProject Manageris expected to bring structure, follow-through, and practical problem solving to complex initiatives, helping ensureprojects are delivered within agreed-upon scope, schedule, and budget whilemaintainingclear communication with project teams and leadership throughout the project life cycle ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as akeyresource in theplanning, implementation, and evaluation of priority initiatives throughcoordination, documentation, analysis, project management,and reporting.Performs as the day-to-day project point of contact for stakeholders, monitorsprogress, andsupportsadherence to timelines and deliverables. Managesassignedprojects with a high degree of independence, includinginitiatives that may spanmultipleteams, functions,markets,or locations. Aligns projectobjectiveswith organizational goals, clarifies decision points,identifiesdependencies, and drives follow-throughto improve processes, coordination, and outcomes Coordinatesthe work of project teams byidentifyingneededresources, clarifying roles and responsibilities, aligning teammember skills and strengths with project demands,communicatinga clear visionof project goals andobjectives, and ensuringproject milestones are achieved. Providestimelyfeedback to teammembers and theirsupervisors,asappropriate, when performance, capacity, or follow-through may affect project outcomes. Employs a strong blend of organization and technical/processredesignskills and leadership Provides project management supportthrough the use ofproject management, reporting, and collaboration tools such asSmartSheet, Adobe Workfront, Domo, and Microsoft 365.Developsproject workplans that define goals, deliverables, owners, timelines, risks, dependencies, and decision points. Manages projects to support on-time and on-budget delivery, keeps project teams and leadershipapprisedof progress, and escalates risks, tradeoffs, or barriers early enough to supporttimelyaction. Facilitateseffective communication and cross-functional collaboration among project stakeholders,including internal teams, operational leaders,external resources, vendors, resellers, consultants,andbusinesspartners. Communicates with clarity, professionalism, and empathy, especially when projects affect employees, clinical teams, field operations, or established ways of working. Maintains a commitment to professional development byparticipatingin on-going supervision, training, and department and team meetings, as outlined by policies and procedures Has familiarity with standard concepts, terms, practices, and procedures withinenterprise program management, business operations, process improvement,andorganizational change. Supportsthe implementation ofenterprisesolutions andensuresalignment withorganizational standards, operational needs, and applicablebest practices. Adheres to enterprise Project Management practices by participating in formal and informal training; tracking and reporting key metrics (e.g., deliverables, financials, duration, benefits) as appropriate; gathering, maintaining, and communicating lessons learned and feedback to project teams, leadership, and the larger project management community. Supports business readiness and adoption activities by helping stakeholders understand what is changing, why it matters, how the change will affect teams or processes, and what support is needed for successful implementation. TRAVEL Up to 25% of travel between locations – as need requires REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree fromaccreditedcollege in Business Administration or related field. PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Project Management Professional (PMP) or working towards is strongly desired At least8yearsof experience managingcomplexcross-functionalprojectsin a business, healthcare, behavioral health, technology, operations, or service-orientedsetting. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced team environment. Experience managing complex customer requirements across all aspects of cost, schedule, and quality. Solution orientation with the ability toidentifyand mitigate potential risks at the company-wide level. Experience with various development and project management methodologies (e.g.lean, waterfall, agile, etc.). Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to business. Proficiencywith project management, reporting, and collaborationtools such asSmartSheet,Adobe Workfront,Domo, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint,Microsoft Teams, SharePoint,and related enterprise systems,with experiencepreparing updates forstakeholders andexecutive leadership. Experience working in a multi-site, matrixed, or service-oriented organization QUALIFICATIONS Ability to manage competing priorities in a time sensitive environment. Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, employees,and teams tomovetowarda different future stateby building trust, clarifying the why, translating ambiguity into action, and helping stakeholders understand tradeoffs and next steps. Proactive problem-solving skillswith theability toidentifyyellow and red flags quickly, surface risks before they become issues, and recommend practical options to keep work moving. Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills. Detail-oriented, with the ability to distinguish between critical details, nice-to-have information, and the few issues thattruly affectdecisions, timing, risk, or outcomes Strong relationship building skills. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and instructions.Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.Ability to clearly explain instructions in both written and oral media. Mathematical Skills Basic mathematic abilityincludingaddition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Use of MS Excel to aid in mathematical work. Reasoning Ability Ability to read instructional bulletins and/orparticipatein trainingsessionsthen translate information provided into day-to-day work duties.
