Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build, execute, optimize, and report on a global demand generation engine in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment focused on compliance and financial services. This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven growth marketer with 5–7+ years of experience who can connect audience strategy, campaign planning, HubSpot/Salesforce execution, lead nurturing, attribution, and sales handoff into one measurable revenue motion. This person will partner closely with digital marketing, field marketing, product marketing, sales/CDR teams, marketing operations, and creative to launch programs that reach the right ICPs, generate qualified demand, and improve progression from inquiry to MQL, SQL, opportunity, and pipeline. Responsibilities Plan and execute full-funnel, multi-channel growth campaigns aligned to MCO business priorities, target segments, solution messaging, and pipeline goals. Translate go-to-market priorities into clear campaign briefs with objectives, ICP/audience definition, messaging themes, channel mix, conversion paths, timeline, owners, KPIs, and expected business outcomes. Coordinate global campaign activity with regional field marketing so corporate programs, local activation, ABM, events, and account engagement complement each other rather than overlap. Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot, including emails, landing pages, forms, lists, segmentation, workflows, nurture programs, lifecycle logic, and performance dashboards. Ensure Salesforce campaign tracking is accurate and useful, including parent/child campaign structure, campaign member status, source tracking, lifecycle progression, and attribution inputs. Own campaign performance across the funnel, with emphasis on lead quality, MQL-to-SQL conversion, sales-ready engagement, opportunity creation, and marketing-sourced / marketing-influenced pipeline. Partner with Sales, CDRs, and Revenue Operations to ensure campaign leads are routed, scored, followed up on, and measured consistently through the lifecycle. Identify friction points in lead flow, attribution, campaign hierarchy, and sales handoff; recommend practical improvements that increase conversion, speed-to-lead, pipeline velocity, and ROI. Design and manage nurture programs using segmentation, behavioral triggers, personalization, lifecycle stages, and content offers for prospects, event attendees, webinar participants, engaged contacts, dormant leads, customer expansion audiences, and priority accounts. Work with product marketing and content to ensure campaigns are grounded in ICP needs, buyer personas, priority use cases, competitive differentiation, and solution messaging. Develop campaign reporting that connects activity to business outcomes, including engagement, conversion, MQL volume and quality, MQL-to-SQL progression, opportunity creation, pipeline influence, cost per qualified lead, and ROI. Present clear, actionable insights to marketing and sales stakeholders, moving beyond activity reporting to explain business impact, underperformance, optimization opportunities, and recommended next actions. Maintain high QA discipline across campaign set-up, list segmentation, forms, workflows, UTMs, lead scoring, naming conventions, and reporting fields. Experiences and Skills 5–7+ years of experience in B2B campaign management, demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing; SaaS, fintech, compliance, regulatory technology, or financial services experience preferred. Hands-on HubSpot experience, including campaigns, forms, landing pages, lists, segmentation, email, workflows, nurture programs, reporting, and attribution. Proven ability to plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across email, webinars, paid media, retargeting, landing pages, content syndication, events, ABM, and sales activation. Strong understanding of MQL, SQL, opportunity creation, pipeline influence, attribution, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into insights, recommendations, and optimization plans. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, stakeholders, and vendors simultaneously. Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with digital, field marketing, product marketing, content, creative, sales, CDRs, marketing operations, and agency partners. Commercially curious and comfortable improving imperfect lead flow, reporting, attribution, and campaign processes while keeping day-to-day execution moving. Preferred Experience supporting global campaigns across multiple regions, personas, industries, product lines, or business units. Experience with ABM, priority account activation, intent data, executive events, direct mail, or sales-led campaign plays. Experience building executive-ready campaign dashboards or performance summaries. Experience using AI tools to support campaign planning, audience research, content development, testing, and performance analysis. Exposure to compliance-driven messaging or marketing in regulated environments.
