Join Us as a Project Manager - Labs – Make an Impact at the Forefront of Innovation The Project Manager - Labs provides tactical support for client-facing projects. Manages and supports project performance with specific emphasis on financial management of the program and progressive responsibility for client communications. Provides internal consultation on project management issues and identifies opportunities for process and efficiency improvement. Identifies and escalates risks to project timelines and financial objectives for both internal goals and client expectations. What You'll Do: Monitors and manages all aspects of designated clinical/non-clinical trial protocols and is accountable for overall project performance and client’s satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations through the life cycle of the assigned clinical trials project(s)/protocol(s). Consults andutilizes, whereappropriate, the scientific input of laboratory management, technicalstaffand support teams toassistthe client with management of the clinical trial. Monitors budget, revenue forecasting/recognition, contract modification submission, review, and follow up. Coordinates review of data transfer agreements and data transfer requests. Prepares meeting agendas/minutes and timelines for data transfers. Understandsprotocol language andtranslatesto internal systems and processes. Involved in cross-functional initiatives and process improvements. Education and Experience Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 3 to 8 years) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
