About the Job This role is focused on converting qualified leads into enrolments through a professional, consultative sales approach. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from initial consultation to final sign-up—while ensuring a positive and informative experience for prospective students and their families. This is a performance-driven position with a clear career pathway and a transparent, uncapped earning structure. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to assess student needs and recommend suitable programmes. Achieve monthly enrolment targets and maintain a high conversion rate. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using the company's CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure alignment on programme offerings and messaging. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management. Key Requirements Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of sales or client advisory experience, preferably in the education, language training, or professional services sectors. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities. Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. A professional demeanour with a strong customer-service orientation. Technical: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. What they Offer Base Salary: HK$30,000 per month (guaranteed).
