Technology Solutions Specialist

Job Summary The Technology Solutions Specialist should possess the technical expertise and interpersonal skills to effectively support and improve technological systems and service requirements of the Filinvest conglomerate. This includes design, implementation, testing, commissioning, project and vendor management. Duties and Responsibilities MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ·Shallassist in the research and evaluation of IT infrastructure and technologysolutions, and recommendation of those that align with the organization’sobjectives and requirements. ·Shallcontribute technical expertise to the design and implementation of ITinitiatives. ·Shallcreate and maintain clear detailed design drawings, bill of quantities, termsof reference, budget, work breakdown and other supporting documents for conglomerate-widesystems and solutions. ·Shallanswer queries of implementation team and provide support in troubleshootingbasic and complex technical issues (hardware, software, network) and providesolutions. ·Shallassist in the design and implementation of IT infrastructure requirements,including but not limited to hardware, software, network, security, and IoT andAI initiatives. ·Shallliaise with technology vendors in order to come up with the best and mostcost-effective solutions. ·Shallevaluate vendor proposals and contracts. ·Shallcontinuously share and recommend new technologies, trends and best practices. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: ·Shall create design drawings using Visio, CAD, orsimilar drawing tools. ·Shall create management reports using MS Officetools.
