Middle Level Software Engineer - LATAM

Location: LATAM – 100% Remote (Contract) Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer based in Latin America to join our team on a contract basis. You will work alongside a distributed engineering team to design, build, and ship features, bringing solid technical experience and the ability to own well-scoped work independently. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain features across our backend and/or frontend systems. Take ownership of well-scoped projects from implementation through delivery. Collaborate with engineers, product, and design partners across time zones. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. Requirements 3–5 years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in one or more modern languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go. Experience designing and consuming APIs and working with relational databases. Excellent English speaking and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a distributed team.
