Onboarding Specialist (Mandarin & English Speaker)

Management Level H Essential Duties: On-Boarding Function - Responsible for initial client contact and set up of new clients on notification applications and services in adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures * Continually keep up-to-date on notification products and services which may require additional classroom and on-the-job training * Exercise exceptional customer service skills optimizing each contact with the client * Install new applications through project management and solution design which may include reviewing site survey, gathering client requirements, creating application handoff sheet, installing software and setting up daily routines * Contact clients within established timelines to confirm order and explain installation and training process, and maintain detailed notes on all client contacts * Obtain, verify and validate client data to ensure successful application setup and supportability * Make outbound proactive calls and follow ups to confirm order and explain installation and training processes * Gather client requirements and recommend application best practices to fulfill those needs and ensure account supportability * Responsible for communication and follow-up plan if other team members are needed to effectively resolve an issue * Establish and follow project plan, as needed * Seek and identify new product, service and feature opportunities with clients during conversations (e.g. appointment reminders, patient balance notifications) * Maintain detailed notes in customer database Please note any offer of employment is subject to satisfactory pre-employment screening checks.
