Proven experience as a cold caller or in a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Proficiency in using CRM software and other administrative tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
