As a Senior Underwriter, you won't just be checking boxes. You will: Decision a Full Spectrum: Handle FHA, VA, Conforming, USDA, and Bond/Grant programs. Be a Subject Matter Expert: Act as a go-to resource for loan officers and processors to help structure complex files. Drive Quality: Ensure minimal turn times while maintaining “zero-defect” quality standards.
