CONFIGURATION ANALYST - SALESFORCE

This is a remote position. The Configuration Analyst will be responsible for configuring and maintaining enterprise systems, primarily Salesforce, ensuring that platform setups align with business requirements and best practices. The role focuses on system configuration, workflow setup, data structure alignment, and platform optimization. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Salesforcemodules, workflows, forms, and business rules. Translate business requirements into system configurations. Support setup and optimization of platform configurations across environments. Maintain configuration documentation and change logs. Assist in implementing enhancements, patches, and system updates. Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and provide resolution support. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams. Support testing and validation of configured solutions. Ensure configuration aligns with governance and best practices. Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning sessions. Required Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in Salesforce​​ configuration or similar enterprise platform roles. Strong understanding of system configuration principles and ITSM processes. Experience working in agile or structured delivery environments. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations.
