Job Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technology by gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, improve business processes, and deliver high-quality digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle. Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. Support product research, process improvements, and solution recommendations. Facilitate requirement reviews, approvals, and stakeholder communication. Assist with functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), product demonstrations, and user training. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of business analysis deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or other software development methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Knowledge of SQL for data validation and business analysis will be an added advantage. Familiarity with cloud platforms, software development processes, and AI-assisted development tools is desirable. Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or PMI-ACP will be an added advantage.
