Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE The Life and Leadership Coaching Administrative Assistant shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost. The Life and Leadership Coaching Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Director of Life and Leadership Coaching. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Life and Leadership Coaching Administrative Assistant [95%] Manage email, schedule, travellogistics. Schedule meetings and events (in person andonline). Prepare meeting agendas and event materials. Provide meeting notes and follow up on assigned tasks. Track ministry goals and OKR progressto ensure alignment with organizationalobjectives. Maintain systematic and easily accessible filesfor the Life and Leadership Coaching Teamto ensure efficient information retrieval. Prepareand revise communication materialsincludingemails, PowerPoint presentations,newslettersand general correspondence. Manage and run EverythingDiSCreports. Build and manageRegFoxpages. Coordinate and track short and long-term project and eventlogisticsusing software to align responsibilities and timelines across departments, ensuring smooth execution. Anticipate ministry needs both daily and at events, exercise independent judgment, make decisions, and take initiative within agreed-upon limits to support organizational goals. Maintaingood communicationwith various teams and leadership at all levels asrequiredto ensure effective collaboration. Additional Responsibilities [5%] Attend TDCteam meetings and prayer times asable. Participate in annual processes, such as the organizational Plan and Progress Review (PPR), Engagement Survey, Reaffirmation of the Navigators Code of Conduct, Calling-Core Values-Vision, Statement of Faith, Driver’s Authorization, and other releases asrequired. Submit time worked on a weekly basis through the Workday Time Tracking system. Submit expensereportduethe 15th of each month. Other job-related duties as assigned. Takes initiative to improve self and department Adaptable MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Spiritual: Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators . Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an administrative professional. Technical Knowledge & Skills: Proficient inMicrosoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ability to learn new systems and platforms quickly. Preferred experience withRegFox, Constant Contact, MailChimp. Basic editing,graphicand visual design skillsare helpful. Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal & written, to create understanding and build strong working relationshipsrequired. Attention to detail, self-motivated, takes initiative, manages multiple projects,abilityto keep confidential information. Education: Bachelor'sDegreeorequivalenteducation/experience.
