Job Description
The Director of Transformation is responsible for leading strategic business transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence, improve organizational effectiveness, and deliver measurable business results. This role partners closely with business, product, technology, and functional leaders to identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and manage complex change initiatives. The Director will also play a key role in post-merger integration activities, helping align people, processes, systems, and governance to achieve integration objectives, accelerate value capture, and support long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities: Leadenterprisetransformationinitiativesthatimprovebusinessperformance,operationalefficiency,customerexperience,andorganizationaleffectiveness. Drivepost-mergerintegrationactivities,includingthealignmentofpeople,processes,technology,governance,andoperatingmodels. Managecross-functionalprogramsandworkstreams,ensuringdeliveryofmilestones,objectives,andexpectedbusinessoutcomes. Developandmaintaintransformationroadmaps,implementationplans,andexecutiveprogressreporting. Identify,track,andrealizevaluecaptureopportunities,includingcostsavings,productivityimprovements,andrevenue-enhancinginitiatives. Facilitateproblem-solving,processimprovement,andchangemanagementeffortsacrossbusinessfunctions. Establishgovernancestructures,performancemetrics,andriskmitigationplanstoensuresuccessfulexecution. Collaboratewithbusiness,product,technology,finance,HR,andoperationsteamstoremovebarriersandaccelerateresults. Prepareexecutiveandboard-levelcommunicationsontransformationprogress,keydecisions,risks,andoutcomes. Championacultureofcontinuousimprovement,accountability,anddata-drivendecision-making. Mentorprojectteamsandstakeholdersintransformationmethodologies,programmanagement,andchangeleadership. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’sdegreeinBusiness,Finance,Operations,Engineering,InformationSystems,orarelatedfield. 8+yearsofexperienceleadingstrategicinitiatives,businesstransformation,operationalexcellence,consulting,programmanagement,orintegrationefforts. Demonstratedexperiencemanagingcomplex,cross-functionalprojectsanddrivingresultsinafast-pacedenvironment. Experienceleadingorganizationalchangeandinfluencingstakeholdersacrossmultiplelevelsoftheorganization. Stronganalytical,problem-solving,anddecision-makingskillswiththeabilitytotranslatedataintoactionableinsights. Provenabilitytodevelopexecutive-levelpresentations,businesscases,andstatusreporting. Excellentcommunication,facilitation,andrelationship-buildingskills. Experienceestablishingprojectgovernance,managingrisks,anddrivingaccountabilityforoutcomes. Proficiencywithprojectmanagement,processimprovement,andbusinessperformancemanagementmethodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Experiencesupportingmergers,acquisitions,orlarge-scaleintegrationprograms. LeanSixSigmaGreenBelt,BlackBelt,PMP,orequivalentcertification. Experienceinrealestate,relocation,brokerage,mobility,orrelatedserviceindustries. Experiencemanagingvaluecapture,synergyrealization,andtransformationportfolios. Knowledgeofchangemanagementframeworksandorganizationaldesignprinciples.
