Director Patient Care Services : Hoag at Home Administration

The Clinical Director / Director of Patient Care Services is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of home health clinical services. This role establishes, implements, and evaluates clinical goals and objectives that support quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and the overall mission and philosophy of the organization. The Director of Patient Care Services also serves as the Clinical Manager for the purpose of meeting Medicare Conditions of Participation. This position provides clinical oversight, operational guidance, and leadership to ensure home health services are delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and accreditation standards.
