<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage scalable billing and collection processes for complex user agreements and new business operations.</li>
<li>Build scalable and auditable onboarding processes for new and existing users. </li>
<li>Onboard sold custom contracts into our billing systems. </li>
<li>Work with legal contracts using strong attention to detail. </li>
<li>Partner with internal systems, global deal management, legal, sales ops, internal audit, go-to-market, engineering and accounting teams to develop and improve processes for contract reviews and to anticipate changing business requirements.</li>
<li>Partner with account managers to solve user inquiries related to onboarding implementation, billing, and collections. </li>
<li>Advocate for the customer to internal stakeholders. </li>
<li>Share system feedback and insights to Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support and Legal on innovation and improvement needed to optimize the Stripe user experience. </li>
<li>Help scope, build, and deliver continuous process improvements that enhance operations.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3>
<p>Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business, Information Management, or a related field, plus 4 years of Client-facing experience in customer success, consulting, financial services, account management, or technical product sales.</p>
<p>Must also have 3 years experience in each of the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Tracing process impacts from situation to end customers & business financial outcomes;</li>
<li>Payment industry;</li>
<li>GSuite and Excel;</li>
<li>Working with large data sets;</li>
<li>SQL;</li>
<li>Project management or consulting;</li>
<li>Data Modeling;</li>
<li>Influencing business decisions by creating high quality presentations and documentations using PowerPoint;</li>
<li>Digital workflow design, focusing on improving efficiency and user experience across organizational tools;</li>
<li>Dashboard Design and Data Visualization using Tableau;</li>
<li>Using data visualization tools including creating dashboards in Hubble to track KPIs and operational performance; and </li>
<li>Forecast Modeling.</li>
</ul>
<p>Salary: $152,069.00 - $199,200.00/Yr </p>
<p>This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions/sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.</p>
<p>40 hrs/week</p>
<p><strong>50% Telecommuting Permitted.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Up to 25% international travel required.</strong></p>
