Job Description

About Optitex and NedGraphics Optitex and NedGraphics are leading global providers of advanced software solutions driving digital transformation across the textile and apparel industries. With more than 40 years of market leadership, NedGraphics specializes in CAD/CAM solutions for textile design - serving the apparel, flooring, home furnishings, and related sectors - while Optitex delivers integrated 2D and 3D product development tools for fashion, transportation interiors, and furniture. Together, they streamline design-to-production workflows, enhance creativity, maximize material efficiency, and promote sustainable, data-driven product development. Trusted by tens of thousands of users worldwide, both brands maintain a strong global footprint with offices across North America, Europe, and Asia. NedGraphics and Optitex are part of the Dorado Software Group , within Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU.TO). Founded in 1995, Constellation operates over 1,000 software businesses across more than 150 industries, employing 55,000+ people globally and generating over US$10 billion in annual revenue. Unlike traditional holding models, it follows a “buy and hold forever” philosophy - continuously investing in the long-term growth of its companies, their products, brands, and people. This structure provides a stable, entrepreneurial environment where teams are empowered to innovate, grow, and make lasting industry impact. Role Overview: We're hiring a marketing operator who builds with AI , not a marketer who occasionally uses ChatGPT, and not a developer without marketing context. This person owns HubSpot end to end and uses AI/automation (Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot Breeze, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to replace manual marketing work with reliable, documented systems. This is a fit if you've personally built and shipped at least one AI-powered marketing workflow (a drafting assistant, lead-scoring agent, content repurposing pipeline, CRM automation) and can show it. This is not a fit if: You're a marketer who wants to use AI tools but hasn't built automations or workflows connecting them to a CRM. You're a developer/engineer with strong automation skills but no marketing operations or campaign experience. The payoff: a marketing team that spends less time on busywork and far more on the creative, high-impact decisions that move the business. Key Responsibilities AI Workflows for Marketing Build, manage, and scale AI workflows for content creation, campaign execution, and sales enablement (drafting assistants, content repurposing pipelines, lead-scoring agents). Identify repetitive, high-volume marketing tasks, then design, deploy, and measure the automation that replaces them. Evaluate and integrate AI tools and agents into the marketing stack. Write and refine prompts, set guardrails, and document workflows so the team can run them without you. Own output quality, accuracy, and brand consistency, and retune workflows as tools and needs change. HubSpot CRM Management Own HubSpot day to day: contact properties, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, workflows, email campaigns, and reporting, automated wherever AI can reliably do the work. Partner with Operations and external partners to build AI SDR agents that scale qualification and outreach. Build and maintain dashboards and reports giving clear visibility into pipeline, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs. Connect HubSpot to the marketing and AI tool stack, keeping data clean, structured, and governed. Document CRM processes so every region works from one playbook. Collaboration Partner with marketing, operations, sales, and product to turn ideas into shipped results. Drive projects to completion on time, with clear communication across stakeholders. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What You Bring A portfolio or concrete examples of AI/automation workflows you've built and shipped in a marketing context (be ready to walk through one in the interview). 2+ years in marketing operations, ideally in B2B or SaaS. 2+ years hands-on HubSpot expertise: administration, workflows, lead management, reporting. Working fluency with at least one automation platform (Zapier, Make, n8n, or HubSpot workflows/Breeze) beyond just using AI chat tools. Practical judgment on where AI helps and where it fails or introduces risk. Ability to document a process so a non-technical colleague can run it without you. A data-driven mindset: you can prove whether a workflow moved the needle, with numbers. Clear written communication. Bonus if you have: Experience building or configuring an AI SDR / outbound agent. Familiarity with prompt engineering and guardrail design for production workflows (not just casual prompting). Exposure to a scripting or no-code logic tool (e.g., basic JavaScript in Zapier/Make, or similar). How we will measure success: Marketing teams adopt AI workflows that measurably cut manual effort and lift performance. A reliable network of AI agents supports marketing functions with consistent output. Smooth collaboration with internal teams and external partners. A clean, current CRM powering all marketing activity. Marketing activities launch on time, consistently. Clean data flows across systems, turning cross-functional input into optimized processes. Reporting that's accurate, timely, and trusted. Originally posted on Himalayas
