Translation Project Manager

The Language Doctors , Inc. is seeking a Translation Project Manager with experience in the translation and localization industry to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Create and submit accurate quotes to clients on time. Issue Purchase Orders for vendors. Coordinate with translators to establish delivery times. Organize and verify project files for final delivery to clients. Ensure that projects are completed and delivered within the specified timeline with the closest attention to quality. Education, Experience, & Skills Required: Proven experience as a Translator. Proficient in using SLD TRADOS. Bilingual in English at a professional level. Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Quick learner with the capability to acquire new skills and technologies swiftly. Strong problem-solving skills with practical common sense. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Available Schedule: Friday to Tuesday, from 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM EST.
