Senior Test Automation Engineer (Healthcare/Medical industry)

Design, implement, and maintain scalable end-to-end test automation strategies Implement and maintain test automation frameworks Build and optimize CI/CD quality gates and automated validation pipelines Perform stress, load, and performance testing activities Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and QA engineers to improve product quality and reliability Introduce and leverage AI-assisted testing and automation approaches where applicable Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous quality improvements 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation engineering Strong expertise across multiple testing layers, including unit, integration, system, UI, performance, and stress testing Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript Practical experience with modern automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, and Ranorex Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems Hands-on experience with GitLab CI or similar CI/CD platforms Strong understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and automation best practices Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Upper-Intermediate English level or higher WILL BE A PLUS Background in C# software development Experience with penetration testing ISTQB certification Experience using AI-assisted development and testing tools Experience working in regulated industries German language proficiency Are you passionate about building reliable automation solutions for products that make an impact in healthcare?
