Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and have at least 2 years of estate planning experience. An LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is highly valued but not required. Confidential Employer. Job Description Advise clients on sophisticated estate planning strategies tailored to their personal and financial goals. Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related estate planning documents. Handle probate and estate administration matters from beginning to resolution. Counsel business owners on business succession planning and wealth transfer strategies. Develop tax-efficient estate and gift planning solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service. Collaborate with attorneys and professional advisors to deliver comprehensive planning solutions. Stay current on changes in estate planning, probate, trust, and tax law. Qualifications Active Georgia Bar license. 2+ years of estate planning attorney experience. Experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents. Working knowledge of probate and estate administration. Business succession planning experience is highly preferred. LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a plus but not required. Strong client counseling, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
