The Role We are seeking a Full-TimeLitigationParalegal to support our Arizona/California caseload. A minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury isrequired. Experience in: Texas, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, or South Carolina is considered a plus. OUR REQUIREMENTS: Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery PERSONAL INJURY 8+ years experience ForwardingComplaints to process servers and monitoring service of process Drafting Discovery Responses Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses Calendaring litigation timelines Conducting status update calls with clients Client update calls Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests Assistin trial preparation Verified litigation experience in Arizona and California plusadditionalstates. Familiarity withAZTurboCourt/eFileAZ; ifsupporting California matters,mustmeet California's statutory paralegal qualification requirements (Bus. & Prof. Code §6450).
