About the Role We are looking for a skilled Podcast Clipper / Video Editor who can turn long-form podcast episodes into polished, engaging short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Responsibilities Edit and repurpose long-form podcast audio into short clips Add captions, subtitles, jump cuts, and on-screen elements Format content based on platform-specific requirements Ensure high-quality exports optimized for short-form delivery Collaborate with the team and creative lead for revisions when needed Qualifications Proven experience editing short-form social content Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling for fast-moving platforms Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects) Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple edits each week Portfolio or editing samples required Originally posted on Himalayas
