What You’ll Do Client Management: Serve as an Account Executive for middle-market commercial P&C accounts Handle all aspects of client lifecycle: marketing, placement, coverage analysis, endorsements, and compliance Collaborate with producers to craft renewal strategies and deliver insights that drive retention and growth Brokerage Excellence: Apply technical expertise to navigate complex coverage structures and negotiate with carriers Partner with engineers to integrate automation and AI into client service workflows Uphold and evolve Arvor’s client service playbook Innovation & Collaboration: Provide feedback to product/engineering to shape new tools Pilot new AI-driven systems, sharing insights on usability and impact Model curiosity, adaptability, and precision in every aspect of work About You Technician: You know commercial P&C coverages inside and out, combining technical mastery with meticulous attention to detail. Partner : You thrive in collaboration with producers, clients, and carriers, building trust through responsiveness and reliability. Forward-Thinking : You are curious and adaptable, always exploring how AI, automation, and better processes can improve outcomes. Velocity-Oriented : You move fast and make clear decisions, focusing on what drives results without sacrificing quality. Industry Builder: You care deeply about redefining brokerage excellence and shaping the next era of commercial insurance. Qualifications 7+ years of commercial insurance brokerage experience (you have focused on middle-market and/or large accounts) Deep understanding of core commercial lines (Property, GL, Auto, WC, Umbrella and Specialty Lines) Proven success managing a book of complex accounts Strong communication and analytical skills Active, current P&C License (advanced designations a plus) Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in fast-moving environments Why Join Arvor Join a founding team redefining brokerage in the age of AI, where expertise meets innovation, and velocity is a competitive advantage.
