Job Description
About the Role We're looking for a personable and organized outreach specialist to help grow our presence in independent cafés, coffee shops, tea shops, smoothie bars, juice bars, and wellness beverage retailers across the U.S. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective wholesale accounts — researching leads, reaching out by phone and email, building relationships, and helping convert interested businesses into active stockists. This is primarily a phone and relationship-based role. Strong, confident spoken English is a must. Work Structure & Requirements Location: Remote / Virtual Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week) Compensation: $7–$8 USD per hour Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Research Identify and research independent cafés, smoothie bars, juice bars, and wellness beverage retailers across targeted U.S. markets Gather and maintain accurate contact details and organized prospect lists 2. Outreach & Relationship Building Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to introduce our brand and wholesale program Build genuine relationships with café owners, managers, and buyers Schedule product discussions and follow up consistently with interested prospects 3. Follow-Up Automation Set up and manage follow-up sequences and nurture flows in Klaviyo Track engagement and optimize outreach activity 4. Sales Support Learn our products, ingredients, and value proposition inside out Answer questions from prospective accounts and assist with onboarding new wholesale partners Required Skills & Experience Communication: Confident, fluent spoken and written English — comfortable making outbound calls daily and holding professional conversations with U.S.-based business owners Lead Generation: Experience researching businesses and finding decision-makers Tech Stack: Klaviyo, Google Sheets, CRM systems, email outreach tools, Slack Profile: Proactive, organized, naturally curious, and comfortable representing a consumer brand Originally posted on Himalayas
