The Lead will serve as a key spokesperson and ambassador for Roundglass Foundation, responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of influential leaders andpotentialpartnersandinvestors.Thisrolewillinvolvenurturingtheserelationships,while also taking the lead in building a dedicated team to engage individuals and corporations throughouttheregion, encouragingtheirinvestment of time,talent,andfinancialsupport for our transformative solutions. Youaretaskedwithcultivatingnewdonoraccountsandwillbeaccountablefortheirrevenue generationandgrowth.Thisincludesdevelopingandexecutingtailoredcultivationstrategies that leverage the full spectrum of Roundglass Foundation’s people and programs, creating solicitationandclosurestrategies,andprovidingongoing,personalizedreportingonanyand all investments made. Drive Fundraising Efforts You’ll lead the execution of key initiatives, connecting with high-net-worth individuals,companies,andphilanthropicorganizationstobringinnewsupport, Collaborate with Leadership You’llworkcloselywithFoundationleaderstoensurefundsareusedeffectivelyand transparently,andthatwe’recreatingmeasurablevalueacrossallourfocusareas. Requirements Skills&Qualifications: Master’s degree in business, Social Sciences, or another related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience of having worked in a direct fundraising and partnershiprolewithatleast3yearsinaleadershipposition.Experiencewithsocial or development sector organizations would be preferred. Adrivenandempatheticleaderwhocanworkacrossboundariesandgetthings done Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedenvironmentwithminimalsupervisionandcomfort with the ambiguity of the fundraising universe Highlyorganizedwithstrongprojectmanagementskills,interpersonalskills,andan executive presence with the ability to quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise Highlydevelopedculturalawarenessandabilitytoworkwellinaninternational environment withpeople from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and time-zones Abilitytostretchlimitstomeetdeadlinesandtime-boundgoalsforselfandteam members Outstandingleadershipcapabilities,abilitytocommunicateacompellingvisionand drive results while developing a strong team Adaptable with a penchant for innovation and a keen eye for emergent trends, regulatoryenvironment,andfast-evolvingpolicycontextwithwillingnesstolearnon the fly.
