Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This is not a traditional entry-level prospecting role; we are seeking a professional who can not only identify opportunities but possesses the tactical skill to navigate complex conversations and drive prospects toward a firm commitment. If you are a persuasive communicator with a "closer" mentality, you will play a pivotal role in fueling our revenue engine and expanding our market footprint. Key Responsibilities Strategically outbound to high-value prospects via cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling. Qualify inbound leads with speed and precision to ensure a healthy sales pipeline. Conduct high-level discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points and business objectives. Master the art of the "mini-close"—securing firm next steps and managing objections with poise. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff and high conversion rates. Maintain meticulous records in the CRM to track activity, follow-ups, and lead status. Requirements Proven track record in a sales role with a heavy emphasis on closing and negotiation. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to command a conversation. Highly resilient mindset with the discipline to maintain high activity levels daily. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of leads simultaneously. A competitive spirit and a deep desire to exceed performance quotas. Prior experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment. Proficiency with modern sales stacks (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). Experience selling to B2B decision-makers and C-suite executives.
