Troubleshooting: Investigating and resolving basic network issues reported by end-users or monitoring tools, adhering to established procedures. Circuit Troubleshooting: Reporting circuit-related problems to Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and collaborating for resolution. Tool Maintenance: Ensuring the upkeep and accuracy of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Network Management Systems (NMS) tools. Documentation: Creating and updating network documentation, including diagrams and standard operating procedures. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in network engineering or a similar field. Thorough understanding of IT LAN and WAN networking concepts. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and Fortinet Technologies. Hold industry certifications such as CCNA or Fortinet NSE; CCNP certification is advantageous.
