Senior Platform Engineer (Go, Kubernetes, IAM)

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go Contribute to the development of a self-hosted SCIM solution Deploy and support applications running in Kubernetes environments Participate in architecture and technical design discussions Collaborate with platform engineering and DevOps teams Implement integrations with IAM and directory services Support CI/CD and automation initiatives Contribute to cloud-native engineering best practices Troubleshoot and optimize platform performance and reliability 5+ years of professional software development experience Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang) Experience developing and supporting Kubernetes-based applications Strong understanding of cloud-native and containerized environments Experience working in enterprise systems with multiple integrations Understanding of deployment and operational best practices Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English WILL BE A PLUS Experience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps approaches Hands-on experience with Terraform, CDK8s, CDKTF, or similar tools Experience with Java and/or Groovy Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and practices Understanding of platform engineering concepts and architectures IAM Experience Understanding of SCIM protocol and user provisioning concepts Experience with Identity & Access Management solutions Hands-on experience with MidPoint will be an advantage Familiarity with Identity Governance & Administration concepts Experience with identity providers, federation, and role management Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, or similar directory services PERSONAL PROFILE Ability to work independently and proactively Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to present ideas, recommendations, and technical solutions clearly Team-oriented mindset Strong problem-solving skills Our customer is a global science and technology company operating across Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics industries.
