Job Responsibilites: Customer Service Manager for 2-3 corporate clients. Managing a team of 2-3 people. To strategise, define, and implement global expansion in volume and revenue. Developing multidimensional relationships and rapport with major customers worldwide; Understand your customers' strategies and make plans/deals that line with their needs. Measuring, tracking, and analyzing critical account metrics Persuade and influence regional marketing teams and business units to ensure proper strategy management and implementation for your specific customers. A comprehensive awareness of the market, including the global items offered by customers and competitors; Regularly reviewing and updating commercial processes, and sharing best practices for contract administration among regional centers.
