Treasury Manager

Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash management and liquidity planning for both offshore and Hong Kong entities. Manage and cultivate banking relationships, negotiating financing terms with local and international financial institutions. Monitor and optimize the group's capital structure, foreign exchange exposure, and interest rate risks. Lead compliance, reporting, and internal control processes related to treasury in line with HKEX and regulatory standards. Support corporate financing initiatives, including bond issuance, loan syndication, and offshore fundraising efforts. Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, tax, investment) to facilitate M&A and cross-border transactions. Implement treasury systems and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency. What You'll Need to Succeed Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; CPA/CFA certification is a plus. At least 5 years of treasury experience, ideally within a publicly listed Chinese company. Strong understanding of offshore financing, foreign exchange management, and Hong Kong banking practices. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; Cantonese proficiency is a plus. Originally posted on Himalayas
