Job Description
Role Overview Join Rasa 's Go-to-market team as a Customer Success Manager to establish strong, scalable customer relationships that drive adoption, retention, and expansion. This is a remote position, but we cannot hire anybody outside of the USA for this position. What You Will Do Own a book of business of Rasa 's enterprise customers, act as their primary point of contact, ensure customers onboard successfully, and drive business value realization across the customer lifecycle. Why It Might Be a Fit You'll make an impact on your team by identifying expansion opportunities, contributing to overall revenue growth, and maintaining accurate account health and renewal forecasting.
