We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic business development team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong passion for sales and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and digital engagement platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients using a consultative sales approach. Track and manage all sales activities and pipeline data using CRM tools and Microsoft Excel. Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries. Requirements Requirements 1 year of experience in a sales-related role or internship (e.g., sales assistant, customer service representative, or sales intern). Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet performance targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a confident Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data entry, reporting, and analysis. Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and willingness to learn and adapt. Strong work ethic, results-oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. High level of self-motivation and commitment to personal and professional development in sales. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
