As a Principal Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping automation-first solutions, embedding AI into day-to-day operations, and delivering secure, scalable Microsoft cloud services. Your key responsibilities as a Principal Engineer: Leading the design, delivery, and operation of secure, scalable, and highly automated solutions across Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Teams, and Power Platform. Setting technical direction, engineering standards, and best practices for the Modern Workplace platform while providing hands-on technical leadership. Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and operational improvements. Designing solutions aligned with Zero Trust principles, security policies, and compliance requirements. Driving the resolution of complex technical incidents through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and the implementation of proactive monitoring and self-healing capabilities. Mentoring engineers and championing automation, cloud innovation, and continuous improvement across the engineering community. You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Principal Engineer: You will have 10+ years of experience designing, delivering, and supporting Microsoft and cloud solutions at scale, including significant experience in a senior technical leadership role. You will possess expert-level knowledge of PowerShell, Power Automate, Graph API, Azure Policy, Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation-first engineering practices. You will have deep expertise across Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and Teams, including governance, integration, and security. You will demonstrate a successful track record of delivering low-touch, automated solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. You will bring strong knowledge of cloud security, scalability, reliability, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and the ability to lead complex technical initiatives collaboratively.
