Senior Performance Engineer

Role Overview Take end-to-end ownership of battery performance for a portfolio of grid-scale BESS customers on our Predictive Battery Analytics Platform. Act as the trusted, customer-facing technical expert, presenting results and shaping customers' operational decisions. What You Will Do Interpret analytics results, identify what matters, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for customers. Understand each customer's business case and ensure our insights deliver real value to their business model.
