Sterile Processing Project Specialist - Travel

Role Overview Direct and lead all aspects of the operational needs of the sterile processing department, coordinate tasks, assist in staff training and development, and serve as a liaison between administration and hospital departments. What You Will Do Prioritize and direct functions, interpret policies, perform duties of Central Supply technician, prepare work schedules, assign personnel, evaluate work performance, and maintain established departmental policies and standards. Why It Might Be a Fit Requires 3-5 years of experience in Central Sterile operations unit or similar work, CRCST and CHL certification, and ability to communicate effectively and work under stressful conditions.
