The Partner Success Manager III is responsible for driving new client acquisition, increasing adoption and consumption of PMI products, and managing existing client relationships through strategic account planning and targeted growth initiatives. This role leads product adoption aligned with geographic key account strategies and business roadmaps while partnering across the organization to support regional business plan development, execution, and cross-functional alignment. As a senior individual contributor, the Partner Success Manager III plays a critical role in expanding PMI's market presence, strengthening partner relationships, and achieving regional and organizational growth objectives. What you’ll bring to the role: Work with Regional leadership to identify regional Key Accounts. Own, develop, implement, and maintain account plans to include expansion into the executive relationships and project/delivery networks within each account. Adhere to company standards around CRM usage Attain business targets through revenue generation of PMI products within new and existing accounts and expand B2B Key Account customer base. Serve as a primary relationship leader within the region/country to key organizational stakeholders in the market, while collaborating with other PMI staff, in region, to drive regional targets. Work in close coordination with peers in other regions to drive a singular account plan that can be leveraged across regions. Build an effective industry network where applicable and in alignment with region priorities. Bring back sensing data within Key accounts so that PMI can remain on the pulse of the profession and respond appropriately. Expand PMI’s Council within the region through active recruitment. Drive various account strategies in collaboration with internal audiences (marketing, client engagement, sales execution), to deepen relationship (i.e., Thought Leadership, market research, new products/solutions, events, co-creation etc.) Host and attend networking events and raise the profile of PMI and brand awareness in the region/country. Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of PMI strategy, current and emerging solution capabilities and strategic direction for advocacy efforts and team capabilities. Maintain accurate pipeline and partner data to facilitate business intelligence, marketing and key performance indicators. Compiling data driven reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for regional teams and stakeholders Prioritizes high-value initiatives and ensures teams are focused on the areas with the highest return on financial, time, and people investment. Role Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, or another field relevant to this role preferred. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of business development experience and managing complex sales cycles with B2B selling process to multinational companies. 7+ years’ experience in leading others, process improvement, leading change, knowledge sharing, contract management, forecasting/budgeting, and financial analysis, and strategic account planning. Experience working in sales environment in a growing global organization or similar product environment. Highly proficient in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred) Successful advocacy with corporations and/or government. Multiple language skills preferred, as applicable by region PMI Certifications a plus Achieved quota/annual targets in your previous roles as an individual contributor and experience leading a team. Affinity to learn about products and services in order to accurately answer client questions and make recommendations Accomplished presenter with senior level global audiences ranging from the large stage to select roundtable venues in premier and official settings. Technologically savvy and a proponent of digital technology - the convergence of mobile, analytics, context-rich systems, and the cloud. Ability and willingness to become thoroughly familiar with project management, the profession, and PMI to build credibility and respect with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and support team goals with a rapidly growing organization. Superior organizational and time management skill sets. Possible travel up to 25%.
