Note This role requires active South Dakota Bar licensure and at least 2 years of directly relevant transactional law experience. Job Description Handle a broad range of transactional matters including estate planning, probate, trusts, business formation, and real estate transactions Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and governing documents Advise individuals and businesses on legal strategy and risk management Manage matters independently while collaborating with attorneys and support staff Build trusted client relationships and contribute to firm growth Participate in shaping practice direction and long-term opportunities within the firm Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in South Dakota 2+ years of transactional law experience Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently Client-focused mindset with sound judgment Why You Will Love Working Here You will join a team that trusts its attorneys, values initiative, and supports professional growth.
