Role Overview Join a leading Am Law firm in Richmond as an Energy Regulatory Litigation Associate Attorney. Represent major utility clients in high-profile regulatory proceedings before state public utility commissions. Work with one of the nation's premier energy practices to shape the evolving energy regulatory landscape. What You Will Do Represent electric, natural gas, water, and other regulated utility clients in administrative litigation. Handle matters involving utility rate cases, fuel and gas cost recovery proceedings, and more. Draft briefs, motions, testimony, and other advocacy materials.
