Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Business Development Manager to lead OCCU 's Indirect Lending Business Development Officer team across California. This remote role requires current California residency, ideally within Northern, Central, or Southern California, to support efficient travel and strong familiarity with the region's dealership landscape. What You Will Do Lead a team of Business Development Officers, build and expand strategic relationships with dealerships, drive regional business development strategies, and monitor market conditions.
