Role Overview This is a remote role for a Business Insights Analyst to join the Business Systems & Operations team at Reachdesk. The role involves using data and AI to connect different views of the business and help leaders make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in an analyst or insights role and fluency in commercial, financial, and operational systems. What You Will Do Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand their decisions. Work with available data to produce insights that connect different views of the business. Use AI to compress synthesis and keep key metrics consistent across functions.
