Job Description
Role Overview As our GTM Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, coherence, and usability of the systems that underpin our go-to-market motion. You'll partner closely with our Founding GTM Engineer to ensure OTS operates with a single version of the truth from top-of-funnel through revenue. What You Will Do You'll map the GTM tech stack, reduce friction in day-to-day workflows, and evolve the tech stack intentionally. You'll own and maintain a living, visual map of OTS's GTM tech stack, document how tools integrate, and identify where data handoffs occur. Why It Might Be a Fit You'll take genuine ownership over the systems that enable others to do their best work, notice friction before it's reported, and fix it before it compounds. You'll be energized by turning complexity into clarity and have a strong analytical skills with the ability to trace data issues.
