Role Overview This is a remote role for a Business Insights Analyst to join the Business Systems & Operations team at Reachdesk. The role involves using data and AI to connect different views of the business and help leaders make informed decisions. What You Will Do Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand their decisions. Use AI to compress synthesis and create insights that connect different views of the business. Why It Might Be a Fit The role requires a genuine AI-native working style, strong written and verbal storytelling, and comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools. Requirements 2–4 years in an analyst, insights, strategy or consulting role with exposure to more than one function Fluency in at least two of: commercial (revenue, retention, GTM), financial (P&L, unit economics, FP&A), operational (throughput, fulfilment, cycle time) A genuine AI-native working style; you already use LLMs as a core part of how you think, and you're excited to keep pushing Strong written and verbal storytelling; you can adapt your framing for a CRO, a CFO or a Head of Operations without missing a beat Comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
