Role Overview As a Principal Consultant, you will lead the design and delivery of SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions, mentoring consultants and contributing to business growth. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure successful project outcomes. What You Will Do Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay implementations, facilitate workshops, design best-practice solutions, and provide functional leadership across project teams.
