Job Description

Role Overview Join a leading Am Law firm as a Securities & Capital Markets Associate Attorney in the Richmond office. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of debt finance or secured lending experience and is interested in building a practice focused on leveraged finance, acquisition financings, and other strategic debt transactions. What You Will Do Represent corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and other clients in debt financing transactions, draft and negotiate financing documents, and manage transaction execution.
