Principal Technical Consultant Lead, ServiceNow

Role Overview The ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant Lead provides technical vision and leadership to the Sales and Delivery teams, advising on technical issues and their business implications. They drive the delivery of client-focused, high-quality projects, and assist practice leadership on identifying industry trends and future areas of growth. What You Will Do Manage a team of 10-15 engineers and architects, provide technical architectural support and guidance for solutions, and continuously improve project scoping and delivery. Participate in pre-sales and scoping activities, build proposals, and provide expert technical architectural support and guidance for solutions.
