Senior Sales Executive

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales professional to support a UK-based employer in sales, working closely with Mandarin-speaking clients. As a South African professional with fluency in Mandarin, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with UK-based clients, leveraging your cultural awareness and language skills to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the UK market Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and preferences Use language skills to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring seamless sales interactions Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing client networks and relationships Analyse sales data and performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimise results Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement Qualifications and Experience 3+ years' experience in sales, preferably in a UK-based or international sales environment Fluency in Mandarin, both written and verbal Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Excellent organisational and time-management skills Confidence using tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and meet deadlines High attention to detail and a proactive approach Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment About Remote Recruitment Remote Recruitment connects talented South African professionals with UK-based employers for fully remote roles.
