Requirements Previous experience working as a resourcer or sourcer within a recruitment agency. Experience sourcing candidates internationally or across multiple countries, including in high-volume remote hiring environments. Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system and Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing. Experience partnering effectively with recruiters and consultants throughout the hiring process. Native-level English proficiency. A home office setup with reliable internet and a personal laptop.
