Role Overview We are seeking a Dutch Speaking Advisor for an Online Payment Platform position in Bulgaria, working remotely within the country on behalf of a leading digital finance and payment solutions provider. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients navigating one of Europe's most innovative online payment ecosystems, delivering expert guidance and ensuring seamless financial experiences. What You Will Do Provide professional, high-quality support to Dutch-speaking clients using an online payment platform, resolving account, transaction, and billing enquiries with accuracy and efficiency. Guide customers through financial processes including payment setups, fund transfers, dispute resolutions, and account verification procedures. Why It Might Be a Fit Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — a strong command of Dutch is non-negotiable. A solid understanding of or genuine interest in the Finance industry, online payment systems, or digital financial services is highly advantageous.
