Operations & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator (E-commerce) Location: Remote (South Africa) Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 3pm – 1pm (USA Business Hours) About the Role Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce marketing agency that partners with brands across the United States to help them grow their online presence through marketplaces like Amazon and the rapidly expanding TikTok Shop platform. As their Affiliate Marketing and TikTok Shop division continues to grow, they are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to become the operational backbone of the team. This is not a traditional marketing role. Instead, you'll act as the right hand to the TikTok Shop specialists and account managers, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating influencers and managing logistics to supporting client accounts and troubleshooting operational issues, you'll keep projects on track while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day logistics of affiliate marketing and TikTok Shop campaigns. Support account managers with operational and administrative tasks across multiple client accounts. Communicate with influencers and affiliate partners regarding onboarding, campaign requirements, deadlines, and deliverables. Track campaign progress and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. Follow up persistently with clients, creators, and internal teams to keep projects moving. Assist with managing e-commerce stores across various marketplaces. Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate resolutions with the appropriate team members. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, spreadsheets, and campaign records. Support marketplace operations, including TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms. Help ensure an exceptional client experience through strong organization and proactive communication. Identify process improvements and assist in streamlining internal workflows. Requirements Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities. Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. Highly proactive with excellent follow-through. Persistent when managing outstanding tasks and deadlines. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
