Remote Retention Specialist (Call Center – Customer Retention & Save Calls) 💼 Full-Time | Remote 💰 Pay: $15–$16/hour 🕒 Schedule: 40h weekly within 7 AM – 11 PM CST 📍 Location: Remote (Eligible States: TX, FL, NC, GA, KY, AL, MS, LA, and TN Start Date: 8/3/26 About the Role SAPS LLC is hiring Retention Specialists to join our remote call center team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to reduce cancellations, improve satisfaction, and retain customers throughout their journey.
